Don’t their employees feels like they would benefit from more freedom? For instance run things the way they see fit. For one free man may be ten slaves… Thanks god some slaves have better masters than others.
I feel the day you start employing is the day a separation occurs in the company. The separation between “us” and “them”. Very sad but a few seek freedom while many seek food.
