Today, I bought a pre-packaged pasta box. It was half filled…
Many companies dies -or should die- because their workforce doesn’t support them. Employees just do the job and go back home. The job must be done and nobody cares if it is well done or not and what are the outcomes of a badly done job.
Why? Because you are a stupid boss who thinks that they are stupid and that they are just good enough to be shortly paid and execute orders.
When people are interested in the outcome of their daily work they start to use their brain. The more you interest them and give them opportunities to take initiatives, improve the routine, improve themselves and shine, the more they will have passion for their job.
You might think that it would cost a lot and would not make such a difference. Do you know the power of any regular human brain fueled by will and passion? An humongous power!
But you don’t use this power… do you? Is it because you are greedy or is it because you really think that you worth a lot and every people below you worth nothing?
If you care about your products, about your customers, about your company’s durability, about the world and the human race, you have no choice : take care of your employees and treat them like humans, like you equals, not like “stupid workforce”.
And ultimately they won’t send an half-packed pasta box to the supermarket and I will buy from you again.
You bastards :)
