1. Everyone’s responsibility, nobody’s responsibility, look for opportunity

It is known and accepted, when the responsibility of a project belongs
to everyone, it belongs to no one.
The project won’t be lead to its real potential, people will do stupid
contrary things —when they do something at all— and the whole plan
will fail 99% of the time.

    Now look at Copenhagen results…

The truth is someone has to take responsibility. A big and visible
country must go full green even if it means less money in the short
run for its economy. This country must ignore others, do not compare,
do not be afraid of the competition, just do what its responsibility
    imply.

And others will follow, when the green technology will be broadly
available, cheaper and unavoidable. My guess is this country will sell
its knowledge and will be the leader in many ways.

There is a big opportunity in taking this responsibility. I urge my
president to take it for my country and myself, put us on the green
tracks right now so we could be immensely rich tomorrow !
